About the Role

Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking a hands-on and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee all vehicle and generator maintenance, workshop operations, and fleet logistics across the reserve and lodges. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence that contributes to a world-class guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full oversight of fleet management and mechanical workshop.
  • Ensure all game drive and operational vehicles are maintained to the highest standard.
  • Manage generator servicing and performance.
  • Monitor fuel usage and implement efficiency systems.
  • Oversee workshop staff, budgeting, stock control, and safety compliance.
  • Maintain all licensing, insurance, and service documentation.

Requirements

  • Formal mechanical qualification/training is required & must have a completed trade test.
  • 5+ years mechanical experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Valid unendorsed driver’s license and passport.
  • Must have proficiency in Excel, Word, and workshop administration.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle pressure.

Qualifications

Formal mechanical qualification/training is required & must have a completed trade test.
