About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front of House (FOH) Assistant to join our team at an unspecified lodge. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality control, and supporting our leadership in providing top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities
- General administration, accounts, and stock control
- Quality control of food, food presentation, and service
- Motivating staff and leading them
- Excellent Guest liaison skills
- Maintaining a strong eye for detail regarding all lodge rooms, service, and food
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Minimum of 2 – 4 years in Front of House experience in a 4 / 5* Lodge
- First Aid level 1
- Outgoing personality
- Previous FOH/receptionist experience
- Exceptional hosting skills

- R8K negotiated for the right candidate
- 6 weeks on/2 weeks off
