?? ??????????? ??????????? is recruiting for a privately owned 30 000-hectare property in Zambia to recruit an experienced and hands on ???? ???? ?????????? ?????? This is a senior, live in role suited to a self-sufficient and solutions driven couple who thrive in extremely remote environments. The position requires strong conservation leadership, general maintenance experience, disciplined administration, and a genuine commitment to community engagement and upliftment. The successful candidates will oversee all aspects of the property, including wildlife management, infrastructure and asset maintenance, staff leadership, conservation initiatives, and long-term relationships with surrounding communities and local leadership structures. Requirements | Game Farm Manager A conservation or wildlife management degree or diploma is essential Proven experience managing a small but effective anti-poaching unit Hands on involvement in the release, monitoring, and management of game, including Big Five species Leadership of a team of approximately 44 staff, including payroll oversight, staff records, and food distribution Strong stock control and procurement experience Responsibility for compiling, maintaining, and updating a detailed asset register Practical problem-solving ability and the confidence to make sound decisions in a very remote, off the grid environment Excellent interpersonal skills with a respectful and culturally aware approach when engaging with community leaders Strong leadership, administrative, and delegation skills A genuine passion for conservation and community development Requirements | Partner Relevant degree or Diploma Previous exposure to community development initiatives is preferred A strong social conscience with a proven interest in community upliftment projects, including education support, water management, healthcare assistance, agricultural initiatives, and income generating projects Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage respectfully with community members at all levels An empathetic and patient communicator who is an active listener and a thoughtful problem solver Start Date: ASAP Salary: On application Benefits: Three-bedroom house and vehicle provided.
