About the Role
As a Group IT Manager at Craven Cottage CC, you will be responsible for leading the IT department in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and efficiency. You will oversee the management of servers, networks, and end-user devices across all sites, as well as strengthen cybersecurity measures. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned IT professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define Group-wide IT standards, SOPs, and policies
- Develop long-term IT strategies and technology roadmaps
- Oversee servers, networks, and end-user devices across all sites
- Strengthen cybersecurity and conduct risk assessments
- Ensure uptime and performance of core systems (e.g., ERP, SAP)
- Lead, mentor, and train IT staff, driving innovation
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts
- Produce and analyse IT performance reports, ensuring service quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 7+ years in IT
- Expertise in ORACLE & PMS (Opera/Prologic) and remote connectivity (Starlink/Satellite)
- Cybersecurity for guest data and centralized server management skills
- Proficiency in network management, cloud solutions, and system administration
