About the Role

As a Group IT Manager at Craven Cottage CC, you will be responsible for leading our IT team in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You will oversee all aspects of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user devices, while ensuring strong cybersecurity measures are in place.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define Group-wide IT standards, SOPs, and policies.
  • Develop long-term IT strategies and technology roadmaps.
  • Oversee servers, networks, and end-user devices across all sites.
  • Strengthen cybersecurity and conduct risk assessments.
  • Ensure uptime and performance of core systems (e.g., ERP, SAP).
  • Lead, mentor, and train IT staff, driving innovation.
  • Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts.
  • Produce, and analyse IT performance reports, ensuring service quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 7+ years in IT experience.
  • Expertise in ORACLE & PMS (Opera/Prologic) and remote connectivity (Starlink/Satellite).
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity for guest data and centralized server management.
  • Proficiency in network management, cloud solutions, and system administration.
