is currently assisting a well-established Safari Company in Johannesburg, to find an experienced & . – This is a remote position, offering flexibility for the right individual Our client, a leading inbound DMC, is looking for an experienced and service-driven Groups & Incentives Operations Consultant to join their team. This hands-on role will see you coordinating the end-to-end logistics of bespoke group and incentive travel programmes across Southern and East Africa. The role calls for someone with exceptional attention to detail, operational efficiency, and the confidence to manage guests directly. You will be working closely with both clients and suppliers, and hosting skills and polished communication are key. Proficiency in Tourplan and previous experience handling group files and itinerary setup are also critical to success in this role. · 4–5 years of relevant experience in G&I operations or FIT consulting · Strong working knowledge of Southern and East African safari destinations is essential · Must have hands-on safari destination knowledge and operational experience · Tourplan proficiency is non-negotiable · Proven experience in setting up itineraries, hosting groups, and managing a full travel file · Exceptional people skills, guest confidence, and a warm, service-driven manner · Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking skills, and ability to manage high-pressure logistics · Clear and professional communication, especially when interacting directly with guests · Ability to work autonomously and remain calm in a dynamic environment · Comfortable with remote working and self-management – To be discussed on application ➡️ – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
