About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Curator to join our luxury safari lodge in Tanzania. As the central coordination point between all departments, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences across all lodges and villas. Key Responsibilities
- Curate and deliver an exceptional, personalised guest experience across all lodges and villas
- Act as central coordination point between all departments (FOH, guides, housekeeping, kitchen, Banakelis)
- Capture, manage, and implement guest preferences before, during, and after stay
- Plan and coordinate guest activities aligned with individual preferences
- Ensure seamless, intuitive, and emotionally engaging guest journeys
- Support food & beverage experience including wine, beverages, and culinary curation
- Incorporate wellness elements into guest experiences where appropriate
- Handle guest feedback and support continuous improvement of service standards
- Assist in leadership, staff training, and team culture development
- Step into FOH management duties when required
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail, service excellence, and brand standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in 5-star luxury hospitality or event coordination
- Strong understanding of luxury guest service and hospitality trends
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills
- Strong food & beverage and wine knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Strong leadership and team collaboration ability
- High emotional intelligence and guest anticipation skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
Salary & Benefits
- USD 2,600 per annum
