About the Role
We are seeking an experienced couple to join our 5-star property in the Greater Kruger area as a Guide and Admin Couple. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional safari experiences, managing lodge operations, and providing outstanding guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily game drives and guided bush walks, ensuring high standards of guest safety, interpretation, and engagement.
- Uphold reserve protocols, maintain vehicles and equipment, assist with lodge operations when required.
- Oversee key administrative functions including HR support, financial administration, and operational coordination.
- Provide exceptional guest hosting duties and participate in daily lodge operations.
Requirements
- Guide: Preferably FGASA Level 2 (NQF 4) qualified with Full Lead Trails certification, Valid PDP, First Aid, and required guiding documentation. Strong Big Five guiding experience and excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
- Admin: Strong administrative and organisational skills, experience with HR, finance, or lodge operations administration. Knowledge of reservation systems and basic financial reporting (advantageous). Confident guest hosting and communication ability.
Qualifications
Guide: FGASA Level 2 (NQF 4) qualification, Full Lead Trails certification, Valid PDP, First Aid documentation.
Admin: Formal education/certification in a relevant field (not specified).
