About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Guide and Duty Manager couple to join our team at Bright Placements. As a live-in position, you will be part of our small but close-knit team, working together in a camp environment. We value a friendly demeanor and attitude, and we’re looking for an energetic couple who is eager to learn and dive in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guided tours and activities to clients
  • Manage day-to-day operations in the camp
  • Maintain equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks
  • Handle in-camp issues and use initiative to resolve problems
  • Work independently and under pressure
  • Ensure staff are confident, respectful, and able to discern work from personal life

Requirements

  • Guide:
  • Valid PDP (Public Transport Facility Accreditation System) registration
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Valid first aid Level 1 certification
  • Deat registered (minimum)
  • Fgasa level 1 minimum (minimum 2 years working experience)
