Housekeeping Attendant (Hourly Paid) You are an inspiring, empowering and results-oriented Housekeeping Attendant with a passion for service excellence whilst maintaining standards. The main purpose of the role is to create a tidy, clean, neat, and safe environment for hotel guests and staff, assist with a wide variety of housekeeping tasks as required by the business, and uphold the company’s image. Part of your role will be to assist Room Attendants with moving furniture to complete their daily tasks, i.e. lifting beds for vacuuming underneath, “flipping” mattresses to ensure extended life span, etc. You will also be responsible for various scheduled housekeeping, deep cleaning, and high cleaning tasks, i.e. air vents, showerheads, bathroom glass panels, windows, etc., as well as assist with general cleaning and upkeep of various public spaces around guest bedrooms, i.e. passages, pantries, fire escapes, guest room balconies/patios, etc. Along with your Matric Certificate or equivalent, you have experience in a similar role and can work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. You are in strong physical health, with a can-do attitude and a strong ability to follow through on actions in a timely manner with minimal supervision. You thrive in a customer-focused environment, where your determination and flexibility allow you to excel in a fast-paced workplace. With your proactive mindset and collaborative approach, you consistently achieve results while upholding high standards of responsibility.
