Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction to ensure seamless integration of new talent
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support the rollout and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
- Manage administrative tasks across HR and IR functions
- Facilitate clear communication between management, employees, and unions
- Support grievance resolution and employee relations matters
- Coordinate disciplinary hearings and performance management processes
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field
- Relevant experience – strong HR and IR knowledge
- Own reliable transport
- Solid understanding of labour laws and HR/IR best practices
- Great track record of CCMA cases won / settlements
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communicationboth written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
