An exclusive 5-star lodge in the Sabi Sand Reserve is looking for a talented and dedicated Junior Sous Pastry Chef to join their culinary team. This is a hands-on position, assisting the Head and Senior Sous Chefs in maintaining the lodges high standards and delivering exceptional pastry and dessert experiences to guests. This is a fantastic opportunity for a pastry chef with ambition, flair, and a love for the bush to grow within a world-class hospitality brand. ????????????: Relevant culinary degree or diploma from a reputable institution.
