Hospitality and Outdoor – Junior Field Guide Cederberg Region, Western Cape Introduction Join a leading hospitality establishment in the breathtaking Cederberg region of the Western Cape as a Junior Field Guide . This exciting opportunity is ideal for an enthusiastic individual passionate about nature ; wildlife ; and delivering unforgettable guest experiences. Working within a professional hospitality environment, youll gain hands-on experience, grow your guiding skills, and become part of a dedicated team committed to conservation, guest service, and outdoor adventure. Job Requirements Relevant guiding qualification or currently studying towards one. Passion for wildlife, nature, and conservation. Strong communication and storytelling abilities. Friendly; professional, guest-focused attitude. Physically fit and confident working outdoors. Valid driver’s license. PDP. First Aid certificate. Willing to assist in Front of House during non-guiding hours. Key Responsibilities Assist senior guide with daily guest activities. Lead nature walks and interpretive talks on local flora, fauna, and geology. Ensure guest safety throughout all guided experiences. Prepare vehicles and equipment for activities. Provide excellent guest interaction and service. Support conservation and environmental education initiatives. Package Salary: Negotiable depending on experience. Staff accommodation provided on the property. Daily staff meals while on duty. Uniform: 50% cost-sharing with company. Free Wi-Fi. Work cycle: 21 days on / 7 days off. Opportunity to work in a scenic region rich in wildlife and natural beauty. Start Date: Immediately
