We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic legal guidance and support to drive business growth and compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
- Managing contract lifecycles and processes

- LLB degree
- Admitted Attorney
- 35 years post-articles experience
- In-house experience
- Strong emphasis on contract drafting, contract management, and exposure in compliance and company secretarial functions
