About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Liaison Agent to liaise between customers and internal operational functions. This pivotal role requires a super-organised individual who can maintain communication flowing between our internal technical resources and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Operate with Operational Strength: Maintain structure in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Coordinate Technical Jobs: Understand basic technical functions and coordinate jobs successfully by liaising with the client and technical staff.
Ensure Effective Communication: Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure seamless communication.

Requirements

Liaison Experience: Demonstrated success in a liaison role, preferably in a technical environment.
Strong Administrative Skills: Proficient in MS Office and strong ability to organise and structure work.
Professional Communication Experience: Ease of communication with internal and external parties in both spoken and written formats.
