About the Role
A dynamic Lodge Manager is sought to oversee all operations and deliver unforgettable guest experiences at a stunning luxury safari camp in the heart of the Maasai Mara, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have strong luxury lodge management experience, with hands-on involvement in guest relations, staff management, housekeeping, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of lodge operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Oversee reservations, stock management, and team leadership
- Take full ownership of the lodge’s daily activities and decisions
