You will ensure that every facet of the lodge and its surrounding estate operates in perfect harmony, from the intricate dance of a safari drive to the quiet perfection of a guest room. By fostering a culture of passion, precision, and purpose, you will empower your team to not only meet but exceed expectations. Requirements Degree or equivalent from a reputable & recognized Hotel School (Advantageous) At least 3-5 years Lodge Management experience in a 5 star luxury lodge environment (Essential) Good understanding of all aspects of the lodge operation (F&B, FOH, Finance, HR, Operations, Field, Maintenance etc) Strong Food and Beverage background Pure passion for the guest experience Strong financial acumen Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel Professional and well groomed Drivers license essential Package on offer Salary R 45-55 000 Gross pm Live in with company benefits (Pension contribution, medical aid contribution) 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off Starting Date: December 2025
