Candidate requirements; Minimum 3 years experience in a maintenance role at safari lodges Proven skills in electrical systems, solar power, plumbing, basic construction, and general property upkeep Strong project and time management skills Conduct preventative and routine maintenance across the property Respond to urgent repairs and resolve technical issues as they arise Manage and oversee small construction or repair projects Monitor and maintain solar and electrical systems to ensure optimal functioning Ensure proper water and plumbing systems are maintained Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and order supplies as needed Coordinate with other departments and work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations Must be physically fit and comfortable working in a remote bush environment
