About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a personable and enthusiastic Lodge Anchor for a luxury 5-star lodge based in Hluhluwe, KwaZulu-Natal. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for hospitality and guest experience to join a high-end safari environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with front-of-house duties, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure
- Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, maintaining high service standards
- Support various departments where required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
- Ensure the lodge maintains its 5-star standards in presentation and service delivery
- Assist with the care of the owners dogs when required
Requirements
- Strong passion for hospitality and guest service
- Well-presented with a professional appearance
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
- Valid drivers licence is required
- Must be comfortable with and fond of dogs (non-negotiable)
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
