About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager to join our client’s team in Milnerton, Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving qualified lead generation, brand growth, and revenue contribution through a modern, data-driven marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets
- Identify growth opportunities across international markets
- Manage and optimise the annual marketing budget
- Analyse market trends, competitor positioning, and customer behaviour
- Drive lead generation across paid media, SEO, and digital campaigns
- Oversee performance marketing including Google Ads and Meta advertising
- Improve website conversion performance and landing pages
- Lead the SEO and content marketing strategy
- Manage CRM marketing and lead nurture journeys
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5 years experience in digital marketing
- Experience within the travel or tourism industry
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, content marketing, and CRM marketing
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and marketing ROI
- Knowledge of Google Ads, social media platforms, SEO tools, and content management systems (CMS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
