Financial & Resource Management

• Develop and manage budgets, controlling operational costs.
• Optimize resource allocation (labor, equipment, materials).

• Ensure compliance with mining laws, permits, and environmental standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Valid Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (as per local regulations).
• Minimum 8–10 years of mining experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of mining methods, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
