Job Description: Flexible, very good nature, punctual, well-groomed, trustworthy and understands pressure. Willing to go the extra miles in times of need, (sick leave 10 days, yearly leave 15 days in 2 parts, public holidays might ask to be flexible, but will pay extra hours) Perks: medical aid petrol allowance pension funds The company will pay 50% off all perks and assistance PERSONAL CAPACITY: company cell, phone and laptop Experience: Maximum 10 years of experience Own transportation Afrikaans and English speaking Age: between 38 & 45 PERSONAL CAPACITY: company cell, phone and laptop SECRETARIAL: Overseas, appointments to different companies Monitor all companies email infrastructure Interact with future structure plans, such as additional meetings Banker, attorney, accountant Willing to travel with me to assist with different meetings ACCOUNTANT ASSISTANCE: Communication level weekly & monthly with an accountant, All paper trail for debtors and creditors To maintain 7 companies (debtors & creditors) Excel Spreadsheet Liaison with: accounts payable & accounts receivable Application Process:

Job Description If you enjoy responsibility and can take charge, enjoy assisting with general operations, then this is a great opportunity for you. Based in Cape Town city centre, this dynamic Retail operation is looking to employ a skilled PA that can be the Owner/Director’s 2IC when they are travelling. Manage the service providers, daily office activities, assist with photoshoot logistics and general Personal Assistant duties. Requirements: Matric Driver’s Lisence Excellent communication skills – written and verbal Strong personality – ability to take charge Highly organised and can multi task Strong personality to assist with various service providers Excellent computer literacy Numerically strong Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience as Personal Assistant Duties: Manage the Director’s daily activities Diary Management, travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings Ability to understand the running of a busy organisation to be of assistance in all matters when Director is travelling Ability to manage shopfitters/service providers – follow up on instructions and executions Ability to be involved in the logistics of various projects and more Your organisational abilities will assist with managing various tasks, assisting with general Personal assistant duties and your ability to assist the Director with various tasks and assistance with projects and managing a business. Be a team player and work well with various people from all walks of life. This opportunity is available immediately for the right person. Personal Assistant Claremont Cape Town Salary: Up to R30 000.00 per month plus R 2000 petrol allowance Position type: Permanent Requirement/non-negotiable: License and Own Vehicle (A lot of driving around for personal and business related) Requirements Matric Office Admin / Personal Assistant certificate qualification an added bonus 3 years plus experience as an Personal Assistant / Office Administrator coming from a professional service related background industry. Office Receptionist / Switchboard Must be able to deal with high end level communication, organization and planning of office and its duties Excellent of Software packages like Microsoft Assist all staff with admin duties in the office like tracking payments and supplier quotes etc Must have Drivers License and own vehicle. Must be willing to do personal errands, driving around collecting and delivering for directors.
