About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Technician to join our team in South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wastewater treatment facilities, boiler systems, and cooling towers. Key Responsibilities
- Operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment facilities, boiler systems, and cooling towers
- Sampling, testing, measurement of effluent parameters
- Diagnosing malfunctions and resolving process parameter variations
- Ensuring compliance with Municipal by-laws and effluent discharge parameters
- Forklift licence operation
- Basic MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint skills
Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent N3 electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Operation of wastewater treatment facility, Boiler and Cooling Towers
- Knowledge of Municipal by-laws and effluent discharge parameters
- Forklift licence
- Basic MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint skills
