About the Role
The Procurement & Sales Support Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity for a detail-driven and organized individual to join our team. In this fast-paced environment, you will work closely with procurement and key accounts to support sourcing, costing, production tracking, invoicing, and delivery management. If you enjoy managing detail, working with suppliers, building quotations, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, this role offers strong exposure across the full supply chain and sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end order coordination
- Supporting product sourcing and cost gathering
- Building detailed costings for client quotations
- Compiling internal briefs outlining supplier details, units, branding specifications, and pricing
- Coordinating artwork/CAD requests with the design team
- Tracking production timelines from order placement to receipting
- Managing rejects, reworks, and quality-related issues
- Overseeing invoicing, delivery arrangements, and proof of delivery capture
- Assisting with sample development including tech packs, fit samples, and swatches
- Liaising with suppliers on timelines and approvals
- Monitoring production progress and resolving queries
- Ensuring compliance with internal procurement processes
- Supporting fabric, garment, and trim quality checks
Requirements
- Matric (essential)
- 13 years experience in procurement, supply chain, production coordination, or sales administration
- Exposure to apparel, textiles, or branded merchandise advantageous
- Strong Excel capability (non-negotiable)
- Comfortable working with costing structures and multiple suppliers
- ERP system exposure beneficial
- Understanding of garment construction and materials advantageous
