About the Role

A leading Cloud Solutions Specialist is seeking a Regional Sales Executive who will be responsible for leading and managing the regional Sales department in KZN, driving successful business growth through strategic sales acquisition, customer retention, and achievement of regional targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a deep understanding of the regional market, the Groups products and services, and market positioning to gain strategic insight into competitive and opportunity landscapes.
• Nurture and grow the companys business in the region.
• Successfully meet personal and regional sales targets.
• Develop and drive the implementation of tactical sales plans with the team, bringing experience to opening new doors and closing sales.
• Successfully execute against approved individual and regional plans.

Requirements

• Matric Essential
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience Essential
• Excellent computer literacy (Mail, Word, Excel and other relevant) Essential
• 10 + years working experience with proven success in SA tech industry Essential
• Proven track record in sales and sales management Essential
• Drivers Licence (and own transport) Essential
• 6 + years of hands on relevant management experience Essential
