About the Role

The Site Manager is responsible for the overall operational performance of an allocated site, including warehouse operations, office administration, information systems, and customer service delivery. The role ensures that all operational, financial, and service-level objectives are achieved while maintaining compliance with health, safety, quality, and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse, distribution, and site operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Manage end-to-end warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, inventory control, order fulfillment, and value-added services.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations.

  • MBA or equivalent (Advantageous)
