About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a professional and organised Reservationist / Booking Agent to join a well-established Luxury Adventure Tours Company based in Sabie, Greater Hoedspruit. This role is ideal for a customer-focused individual with a passion for travel, adventure, and delivering exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage booking enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Confirm reservations, process payments, and send booking confirmations
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client correspondence
- Liaise with operations and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist with itinerary planning and provide clients with relevant travel information
- Resolve booking-related issues promptly and professionally
- Provide support to guests before, during, and after their travel experiences
Requirements
Previous experience in reservations, travel bookings, or hospitality (preferred)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Computer literate and comfortable using booking systems and email
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
