A popular and busy stand alone restaurant offering all day dining and dinner seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager matching the following specifications:- Hospitality Tertiary qualification 4 years restaurant management experience in well-known fast paced brand restaurants – A la carte full service restaurants, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner or all day service Must come from busy and high volume a la carte restaurants or steakhouse franchise operations and NOT FAST FOOD OR QSR OR WINE ESTATES Strong FOH, BOH and Financial Acumen as will be responsible for the successful and profitable management of the outlet Only candidates with a Stable track record need apply Shift and weekend work applies Own Transport essential Cape Town Residents Only open to South African Nationals / Citizens PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE ALL THE EXPERIENCE LISTED ABOVE.
