Job Description

Key requirement Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the chemical/metal finishing industry or a related field Knowledge of chemical products, their properties, applications and associated regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Professional and persuasive negotiation skills with a focus on consultative selling Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand clients needs and propose tailored solutions Self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team Flexible to travel as required for client visits and industry events Key responsibility Actively identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within the chemical metal finishing industry sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients providing them with outstanding support and service Develop and execute strategies, sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions and competitors’ activities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review Attend industry conferences, trade shows and clients meetings to promote our company’s products and services How to apply :
