Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales for residential and/or commercial solar systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.

Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with potential customers to assess energy needs and present tailored solar solutions.

Educate clients on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM tools.
-
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, estimates, and contracts.
-
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project handover and installation.

Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and industry networking opportunities.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, incentives, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

13 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar, energy, home improvement, or related industries.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-
Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
