About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Therapist to join a luxury safari lodge in the Greater Kruger region. This exciting opportunity is for a wellness professional with a love for holistic treatments, yoga, and exceptional guest experiences, looking to grow within a high-end hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the daily Wellness Centre, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels across all wellness areas.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed consistently.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues to minimize guest disruption.
- Uphold high standards of SOPs across all treatments and wellness facilities.
- Follow safety procedures, including proper use of equipment and electrical items.
Requirements
- Relevant spa qualification with proven experience.
- Passion for wellness, yoga, and holistic guest experiences.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest engagement abilities.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Salary & Benefits
R16,000 per annum
