About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Skin-Spa Therapist to join our team in Tanzania. As an All-Rounder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skin care and aesthetic services to clients, while also maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed skin analysis on clients
  • Administer advanced skin care treatments (including Deep Cleanse with extractions), peels, resurfacing treatments, and Skin penetrating treatments
  • Effectively prescribe relevant home care products to clients accordingly
  • Build rapport with clients and re-book them for future appointments
  • Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced spa environment

Requirements

  • Valid CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation
  • Diploma in Health & Skin Care, Beauty Therapy, Somatology, Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or related field (2-year diploma)
  • Beautifully groomed and well-presented personal appearance
  • Strong knowledge of advanced skin care and ingredients
  • Experience working with active ingredients
  • Aesthetic devices and treatments preferred

Qualifications

  • Completed 2-year Diploma in Health & Skin Care, Beauty Therapy, Somatology, Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or related field

Salary & Benefits

  • USD $800 Basic per month
  • Incentive earned on products sold – excellent earning potential
  • Company accommodation (Single Room) + all utilities (laundry, kitchen etc.) and free high speed Wi-Fi
  • Return flight from South Africa to Tanzania (join & end of contract)
  • Employment permit provided by the employer
  • Unpaid annual leave after 12 months of employment
