About the Role
Lumina Personnel is seeking a Senior Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team in Cape Town. As a luxury sales expert, you will specialize in high-end architectural design, finishing fabrics, textiles, and decor for discerning architects, interior designers, and homeowners. With a focus on exclusive products, you will build strong relationships with customers and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain showroom operations by maintaining set showroom standards
- Coordinate deliveries and manage stock of cuttings, sample hangers, and books
- Build productive relationships with customers by advising and selling to them in the showroom
- Handle internal and external complaints and queries
- Support field sales by supporting internal sales consultants
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail, preferably in a similar role or same industry
- Exposure to an interior design environment
- Own reliable transport
Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Interior Design/Decor or related field (advantageous)
Salary & Benefits
R26K – R30K per annum (inclusive of commute and benefits)
