Job Summary
1. Day to day operations Assist the trade lane team with handling orders Ensure data is captured on CW1 in terms of status updates for the CS team Correspond with origin offices to execute collections to meet customer ROS dates 2. Quality Management Check to ensure very few / no errors are made Provide quality service to internal clients and exceed their expectations 3. Risk Management Ensure errors are minimal Ensure everything is in writing and recorded Ensure SOPs are adhered to
Requirements:
Matric or equivalent of senior certification High level of computer literacy
