About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Representative with a strong technical background to join our Cape Town team at Zamatrack, a growing software solutions company. As a Junior Sales Representative, you will support the sales process by combining technical knowledge with client engagement, working closely with our technical and support teams to ensure clients receive the right solutions and a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with selling Zamatrack’s software and hardware solutions
- Engage with new and existing clients to understand their requirements
- Support product demonstrations, installations, and on-site client visits
- Provide technical input during the sales and onboarding process
- Liaise with technical teams to ensure successful client implementation
- Maintain strong client relationships and assist with after-sales support
Requirements
- Strong technical background or technical knowledge (essential)
- Ability to understand, explain, and present technical solutions to clients
- Technical tertiary education (advantageous)
- Basic electronics knowledge (advantageous)
- Computer literate and comfortable with mobile tools and applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s licence – non-negotiable
