About the Role

Planet Fitness is seeking a highly skilled and creative Videographer & Video Editor to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and branding team, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content across multiple platforms. With a strong portfolio demonstrating your filming and editing capabilities, you will bring a unique perspective to help us tell our brand story.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and produce professional video content for marketing, social media, internal communications, training, and events.
  • Operate and maintain video cameras, lighting, microphones, and related production equipment.
  • Edit video footage, including colour correction, sound mixing, motion graphics, subtitles, and final rendering.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand creative briefs and deliver content aligned with brand standards.
  • Manage the full production lifecycle from concept to final delivery.
  • Organise and archive video assets efficiently.
  • Ensure high-quality visual and audio standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor (minimum 35 years preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating filming and editing capabilities.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of lighting, framing, sound recording, and camera operation.
  • Experience with motion graphics and basic animation is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Media Studies, or related field (advantageous but not essential).
  • Certification in video production or editing software is a plus.
