A Vehicle Rental Company is looking for an Invoicing Clerk with Industry experience based at Airport City in Cape Town.1.Invoicing for all 6 Branches 2.Invoicing corporates for selected branches3.Emailing Bank for Pre-Auth Cancellations, On-time and accurate4.Taking payments 5.Processing Refunds6.Attending to all invoice-related queries7.Recording all payments and reconciling with Bank Settlement printouts.8.Invoicing all claims and emailing all documentation to clients9.Coordinating with all Branches regarding outstanding documents in order to finalize rentals.Functional Competence skills and knowledge required for the job:1.Computer Literacy Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Teams, etc) 2.Car Rental System, Accounting System, Fusemetrix, Vehicle Tracking System3.Working competency on the companys speed point machines4.Must have previous experience working in a Car Rental company5.3 to 5 years Experience working in a similar position6.Must have Matric 7.Fully knowledgeable on company policies and procedures8.Must have Airtime on the phone and always contactable unless communicated with by the line managerBehavioural Competence attributes required for the job:1.Strong communication skills 2.Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills 3.Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations.
