Job Description – Assist with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients)- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and storage areas- Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients- Take out trash and manage waste disposal according to hygiene standards- Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service hours- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all timesRequirements – Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory- Able to work in a fast-paced environment- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented- Knowledge of basic kitchen hygiene and safety practices- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
