HVAC Technician Luxury Estate | Cape Winelands

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join the maintenance team of a high-end luxury estate in the Cape Winelands. This role is critical to ensuring guest comfort, operational efficiency, and the smooth running of multiple hospitality, restaurant, and residential facilities across the property.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who takes pride in preventative maintenance, quick fault-finding, and maintaining premium standards.

The Role

You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across the estate. The environment includes restaurants, guest suites, wine facilities, and operational buildings all requiring consistent climate control and high attention to detail.

You will work closely with the broader maintenance team to ensure minimal downtime and uninterrupted guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently
Install and commission new HVAC equipment where required
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building standards
Maintain accurate service records and maintenance logs
Respond promptly to maintenance call-outs

Relevant HVAC qualification or trade certification
Proven experience in commercial HVAC systems (hospitality experience advantageous)
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional, reliable and detail-oriented
Valid drivers licence
