About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Butler I Host to join our team in Paarl. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a warm welcome for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and checking in guests
- Providing personalised guest service throughout their stay
- Serving meals, drinks, and refreshments
- Overseeing housekeeping standards and room readiness
- Assisting with basic food & beverage preparation
- Managing guest requests and concierge-style services
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of common areas
Requirements
- Experience in boutique lodges or luxury guesthouses
- Previous experience in a guesthouse, lodge, hotel, or private household
- Strong hospitality and service mindset
- Excellent communication in English
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Friendly, calm, and discreet personality
- Drivers license (advantageous)
