About the Role
Our client is focused on developing solutions in the agri-tech space, leveraging agile thinking and industry best practices to deliver innovative software solutions. As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in creating scalable, fault-tolerant software for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Create clear technical specifications
- Contribute to technical analysis and design of various products
- Expand existing software to meet the changing needs of our clients
- Write and test code to ensure compatibility and stability: refine and rewrite as necessary
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a full stack developer
- Key languages needed for this role:
- Python
- Django
- Typescript (JavaScript)
- React.js OR Angular OR Vue.js (must have experience in each)
- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure
- Comfortable with agile practices
- Must feel at home in a team environment, in terms of communication, peer reviews, guidance/mentoring etc.
- Time zone flexible, as you would be working with teams in different time zones and would therefore need to make yourself available, within reason
Qualifications
- Candidate must be a South African citizen
