ProStaffSelect are in search of a Maitre D’ / Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and manage food, wine and beverage service. REQUIREMENTS: Previous a la carte restaurant management experience essential. WSET or Cape Wine Academy qualification A HUGE ADVANTAGE Restaurant / Hotel Management qualification beneficial. Confident and outgoing personality. Good Admin, Costing and Financial Controls. Proficient in Restaurant Point of Sale POS Systems. Experience in managing stocks and minimising losses.
