About the Role
Cwenga Direct Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and sharing product knowledge to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide product information and make recommendations to customers
- Engage with customers to build rapport and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer databases
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) level education
