Sundra: PLANT MANAGER (MANUFACTURING / PRODUCTION)

About the Role

RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced Plant Manager for a large international concern based in Sundra, Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational activities of the factory and site on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the operational activities of the factory and site
• Ensure compliance with company requirements on HR, quality, safety, risk, environment, administration, logistics, and production
• Comply with health, safety, and risk regulations
• Implement environmental and sustainability practices
• Provide leadership and human resources management
• Manage quality and laboratory processes
• Handle finance and administration tasks
• Coordinate procurement and inventory management
• Execute operations management and business intelligence
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements

• 2 – 5 years of experience in a similar Plant Manager position
• Degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
• Valid Code 08 drivers license or own reliable vehicle
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Email/Internet)

Qualifications

• Formal education/certification in Industrial Engineering
