About the Role
The Creditors Clerk role is a critical component of our Accounts Receivable team, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, performing creditors reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices accurately and timeously
- Perform creditors reconciliations
- Prepare payments for approval and processing
- Resolve queries with suppliers efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Assist with reporting on creditor accounts
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar Creditors role will be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in Pastel (Sage Pastel) is essential
- Good communication and organisational skills
