About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Farm Manager to lead our crop farm management operations in Delmas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic decision-making.

- Harvesting, Post-Harvest & Quality Control
- Compliance, Safety & Risk Management
- Reporting & Strategic Input
Requirements
Agricultural Diploma/Degree and a minimum of 3 years previous crop farm management experience are required. The candidate should be computer literate with strong strategic decision-making skills.
Qualifications
Formal education in agriculture or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
