About the Role

Afribiz Invest is seeking an experienced Executive Hotel Manager to oversee operations across all three boutique hotels in Venda, Limpopo. The ideal candidate will be a hospitality leader with strong business acumen and a passion for guest experiences, as well as experience building partnerships with travel agencies and tour operators.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across all three hotels.
• Lead and develop a dedicated team to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee budgets, profitability, and strategic planning.
• Drive guest satisfaction, sales, marketing, and travel agency partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Requirements
