Our client, a collection of three boutique hotels in Venda, Limpopo, seeks an experienced Executive Hotel Manager to oversee operations across all properties. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader with strong business acumen, a passion for guest experiences and experience building partnerships with travel agencies and tour operators. Key Responsibilities : • Manage day-to-day operations across all three hotels. • Lead and develop a dedicated team to maintain high service standards. • Oversee budgets, profitability, and strategic planning. • Drive guest satisfaction, sales, marketing, and travel agency partnerships. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. • Identify opportunities for property and operational enhancements. Requirements : • Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field. • Minimum 10 years’ hotel management experience, including senior executive roles. • Proven track record in boutique or luxury hotel operations. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Experience managing budgets, P&L, multiple properties, and agency partnerships.
