We’re Hiring: Business Applications Analyst ? Location: Tygervalley, Western Cape Industry: [Petrochemical] Type: Full-time Do you have a passion for business applications and a knack for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central? We’re looking for a Business Applications Analyst to take ownership of our critical business systems and help drive digital efficiency across the organization. What You’ll Do:Provide Level 1 & 2 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other key business systems.Troubleshoot issues, implement system enhancements, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into tech solutions.Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 Business Central including data management, user roles, and customizations.Create user guides and maintain documentation to support system users and IT teams.Conduct system audits and ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.Supervise and support junior team members.Stay on top of system updates and recommend the best tools to support business growth.
