About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager: Capturing & Credit Control to oversee and manage the daily operations of both departments, ensuring accuracy in financial processes and supporting both Finance and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage changes to client accounts and ensure data accuracy
Oversee daily operations of Capturing & Credit Control departments
Delegate tasks and manage team performance
Maintain and update pricelists on internal systems
Liaise with branches, agents, managers, and zone managers
Compile reports on performance, statistics, and targets
Build and maintain operational and financial reports
Handle batch creation and refund processes
Compile information packs for investigations
Manage SMS portal processes (including SMS sheet creation)
Assist Finance and Operations with journals (debits/credits)
Handle ad hoc assignments as required
Travel when required

Requirements

Minimum 4 years in a supervisory role within admin/finance

Proven experience in managing teams and processes

Advanced Excel experience

Grade 12 (essential)

Diploma/Degree in a relevant field (advantageous)
