About the Role
Mercurius Motors Tzaneen is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help us sell high-quality used vehicles. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of sales success in the automotive industry who can build and maintain relationships with customers, identify their needs, and guide them through the sales process to ensure their complete satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct thorough vehicle walkarounds and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our used vehicles
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that meets their needs and budget
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships
Requirements
- Matric Certificate or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or marketing is a plus
- Proven track record of success in automotive sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
